AtlasChoice and its reservations

People who have made reservations for car hire through AtlasChoice face having to pay for the same booking again. Many renters are turning up at car rental companies. The businesses told the clients that the original bookings were invalid, and everyone will have to pay again for the vehicles.

Atlaschoice is a consolidator for most of the leading car hire brands and these include National, Europcar and Thrifty. Therefore, Renters have taken to social media to vent their frustrations over their now worthless payments and reservations.

Some renters have stated they did not realise they were booking cars through Atlaschoice. TravelSupermarket redirected them because of the problem. A spokesperson for TravelSupermarket explained that the rental company had been removed from its listings after not settling its account for November.

How did the topic play out? The spokeperson pointed that the dialogue must continue. In addition, She said that TravelSupermarket agents had tried to contact Atlaschoice. When they were unable to do so, they decided to annul the partnership. The spokesperson noted that prior to the missed payment for November there was not even the slightest hint Atlaschoice was in financial hot water.

As a result, the car rental company posted a notice on its website. It said it is not accepting any new reservations. On the additional information link, they say [WorldPay](http://www.worldpay.com/) is not dealing with any repayments and customers need to contact their credit or debit card issuer to action any refunds. WorldPay is Atlaschoice’s card payments processing agent......
